Welcome to the online certification training that can be completed at your own pace for your convenience. While we don’t expect you to take this long, we will provide 1 year to complete your training. Please read the instructions on each page carefully.

- It will be helpful to open the manual and refer to it while viewing the course videos and completing the exams
- If you choose to print, please know that the manual is 133 pages in length.
Please note that while you are completing the video segments in each module, your time spent will be monitored to accurately show completion of the 8 hours of ASHA CE credit.
Best practices would suggest completing a full module (including the post exam) before you end a viewing session. If you leave a course module before its completion, you will not be able to fast forward to your previous place in the module. Utilize the Pause button as needed for taking breaks.
Please make sure you have updated your browser before viewing the video modules. The course work loading times depend on the internet connection, and you may want to start each video and pause to allow time for the video to load.
If you have any questions while you are completing your course work, you can email them to info@ampcarellc.com, or you can call the office at 682-561-2444 and prompt 2 for customer service to leave your question on voice mail. Your questions will be answered as soon as possible. It is our goal that we answer any questions that are received by 2:00 PM CST within that business day. If your question is received after 2:00 PM, the response will be provided within the next business day.
Points for Navigation
When you complete your video review and are ready to move to the next section, please select the Mark Complete button, and you can move to the Exam button (Below each exam or video).
To move back to the previous section, you can select the Previous Module topic button (Top and LEFT).
After completing each exam, you will select the SUBMIT button, which will allow you to review your answers. Use the Retake Exam button to retake the exam as needed.

Please Note: You are allowed 5 attempts on each Exam before you are locked out of the system
Each exam must be completed with a score of 80% or higher in order to unlock the next module. You will be able to take the exam multiple times until you have successfully obtained the required score. You will be able to refer to the manual or go back and review the video as needed.
Completing the Course
You must click the “Click Here to Continue” button after you complete the Module 11 Exam in order to complete the course.
You must submit your ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) number to receive ASHA Credit. Email this to info@ampcarellc.com or fax this to 817-348-8830.
